I had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in central Invercargill. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious, with great en-suite bathrooms. The location was ideal, within walking distance of various eateries and shops. The hotel also offered valet parking, which made things convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service.

We had a fantastic stay in this new hotel. The location was perfect, with a cafe and new mall nearby. The staff were welcoming and friendly, with plenty of local knowledge. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with adjustable lighting and a large TV. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring a large shower area with a pull-down seat. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The secure car parking was also a bonus.
The tea and coffee cups could have been bigger.

The bathroom in the hotel room was modern and well-appointed. the adjustable room lighting was convenient, making it easy to set the ambiance. It was also in a good location, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
There were several noisy doors constantly slamming closed during the day, making it hard to relax or rest. The TV information was helpful and easy to use but the window and curtains between the bedroom and ensuite were a bit odd.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my recent stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even extended my stay by an extra night and ensured I could stay in the same room. I was impressed to find that the TV in my room had my name displayed when I turned it on. The room itself was immaculate and had a fresh feel to it. The beds were extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep. The hotel's restaurants and rooftop cocktail bar were simply amazing, providing a wide range of delicious options to choose from.
I highly recommend this hotel to all.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. The location was fantastic - close to a new mall and cafes. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. Breakfast was delicious and delivered on time to my room.

Our romantic escape was amazing! We loved the spacious room and the beautiful bathroom with its adjustable lighting. The location was perfect for us as we could easily get in and out of the building. the TV provided helpful information about the hotel's amenities.
We had some issues with the technology in the room. The Chromecast did not work on either of our phones, preventing us from watching what we wanted.
